Hey! I’m Saturday’s show. I like laughing, long walks in the park and talks with politicians that are actually smart. Like Kent Rogert.

That’s right, kids. Tomorrow we will have state Senator Kent Rogert on the show. And we couldn’t be more excited. For one, there’s a lot to talk about in the legislature right now, so we’re looking forward to getting Senator Rogert’s take…as well as how these issues can effect young professionals.
But even more, we’re jacked to talk about some of the bills he’s introduced, like:
– LB262 – Change times relating to alcoholic liquor sales and lottery sales as prescribed
– LB 478 – Provide for alcoholic liquor sale and consumption on Game and Parks Commission property
– LB1013 – Provide for extended closing time for alcoholic liquor retail licensees as prescribed
AND MORE!
And he’s one of the most reasonable thinkers we’ve seen in the senate this year. So long story short, we’re kinda geeking out on this interview tomorrow. TUNE IN!

The show basically consisted of two guests: The hilarious Monty Eich of the Weisenheimer’s comedy troupe and three of the founders of GreenStreet Cycle – North Downtown’s newest bike shop…which opens TODAY!
It was a funny and very informative show. We hope you enjoy it.
Thanks again to all our listeners.

Another good show is lined up for this Saturday. First, we’ll be joined by comedian Monty Eich of The Weishenheimers. If you’re not familiar with the Weisenheimers, they’re a comedy troupe based out of Omaha. And they’re hilarious. The interview with Monty should be a funny one.
Then we’ll be chatting with the fine folks from Greenstreet Cycles – a new bike shop in North Downtown.
Should be another great one. Be sure to tune in Saturday morning. And our live stream should be working, so even if you’re not in radio range you can still enjoy the greatest radio show in the history of radio or any other form of communication.
Also, be sure to check out our Humpday Hangover podcast, only available by subscribing on iTunes or clicking the link above. Parental discretion is advised. The language is a little more loose with the absence of the FCC.
Cheers.

Robert Nelson returns to the Omaha World-Herald today in an incredibly candid column about his absence from the paper the past three months.
(I would love to post it for you, but naturally, the World-Herald believes that you want to pay for their content.)
If you’ve got a OWH handy, definitely check it out. We consider Bob a friend of the show, and are very happy to see that he’s back. But more importantly, that it sounds like he’s doing well.
Welcome back, Bob. You were missed.
